What is CTS?
A Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification is a credential that demonstrates a professional's knowledge of audiovisual (AV) technology. It's awarded by the Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA).
After achieving the initial CTS certification, they then can further their education by getting the CTS-I certification. A CTS-I certification stands for "Certified Technology Specialist - Installation. This demonstrates expertise in installing and maintaining audiovisual systems; essentially, it signifies that a person is qualified to manage the installation process of AV equipment, including troubleshooting and ensuring proper functionality on site.
